In the frame of Uni-pharma’s and InterMed’s Corporate Social Responsibility Strategy and with great enthousiasm and pride, the companies actively participates as the sole sponsor of the Runners in the 10th Greece Race for the Cure® that organizes the Hellenic Association of Women with Breast Cancer “Alma Zois” on the 30th of September, to honor brave women who fight against breast cancer, and those who survived the disease.
InterMed was founded by the pharmacist Kleon Tsetis with a big vision, to create and produce innovative pharmaceutical and parapharmaceutical products, so as to cover with respect, the daily needs of the people!
During the 23 years of its operation, InterMed the company, has now come to produce for the Greek and international markets a wide range of preparations (from dental, gynecological and sunscreen to nutritional, dermopaedic and ultrasound).
InterMed has demonstrated a continuing upward course, focusing on exploring future prospects with regards to international scientific developments and constantly expanding its product portfolio, which is prominent for the innovation and quality.
The result of this course has been the establishment of InterMed in the Greek and International markets with brands such as Unisept, Chlorhexil, Eva, Reval and a vast portofolio of innovative products that are internationally recognized, such as VITAFIX. and others.
Uni-pharma was founded 55 years ago by Kleon Tsetis, a pharmacist that envisioned the strong presence of Greek companies in the pharmaceutical industry, which he achieved through the use of innovative technologies and the research and development of new pharmaceutical forms.
With high-quality products and a strong presence in the medical and pharmaceutical community, Uni-pharma has established the reputation of an industry that produces safe, effective and high valued products, while the emphasis on innovation has been embraced with warmth by the medical society.
The emphasis also on the development of new production methods, has led Uni-Pharma to attain Greek and European patents.
Chios Gardens & “Alma Zois”: An act of love!
Since 2017, “Chios Gardens” continuously supports the Hellenic Association of Women with Breast Cancer “Alma Zois”, both as a regular sponsor at the Greece Race for the Cure® against breast cancer and by running a cause-related marketing campaign, converting in this way the consumers’ preference to an act of love.
This year too, Chios Fruits S.A., a Greek industry of local character with a dynamic export-oriented strategy, participates in the 10th Greece Race for the Cure® with its Brand “Chios Gardens” as the Little Runners Sponsor. At the same time, Chios Gardens donates to the causes of Alma Zois through its big cause-related marketing campaign all over the year, a percentage from all sales of the natural juices and fruit drinks generated across all Super Markets in Greece.
